Professional Bio

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in the state of Texas, and I enjoy working with people of all ages and cultures. I would describe myself as someone who’s very optimistic, with a deep belief in the intrinsic power people have to change their lives.

I’m supportive, non-judgmental and strongly sensitive to the needs of my clients.

Central to my life is the belief that all people can lead lives filled with meaning and satisfaction. Helping people transform their lives and be the best version of themselves provides meaning and purpose in my life. To see my clients live each day to the fullest makes the work of being a therapist entirely worth it.

If you’re someone who has a strong desire to grow and change, I’d love to work with you. As your therapist I can promise you that I will do the best I can to meet your needs, to help you when you’re at your worst, and walk with you towards joy and contentment.
