Hi, I’m Tammy Henderson! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with over 15 years of direct experience helping clients live their best life. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals cope with and overcome a wide variety of mental health challenges and life circumstances. Most commonly, I work with clients struggling with issues like anxiety, grief, substance abuse, trauma, and depression. Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m excited to work with you!

Therapy is a process that involves gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, identifying areas for growth, and creating positive change on your own terms. As your therapist, my job is to provide support, encouragement, and guidance throughout the entire process. I promise to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I’ll work with you to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and set achievable goals that align with your unique needs and values. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way, supporting you as you move toward healing and growth.

I truly believe that therapy is one of the best things you can do for yourself, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Throughout my career, I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others, and there’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing clients achieve the goals they’ve set for themselves. It’s truly an honor to be part of that journey.

When I’m not with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, cooking and baking, and going vintage shopping. I also love taking my grandchildren to the zoo, nearby amusement parks, and water parks.
