Hi I’m Elena! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas passionate about building one-of-a-kind relationships with my clients. I have extensive experience in treating issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma. Furthermore, I’m a Gottman trained therapist with specialized experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of relationships. Whatever you may be struggling with, I offer a supportive and non-judegmental environment to help you heal and grow.

I grew up living across different countries and parts of the world. This opened my eyes to the unique adversities and experiences that shape everyone’s story. That’s why my approach to therapy is client-centered, integrative, and holistic. Every client’s story is as precious and unique as their fingerprint, and therefore requires a unique approach to therapy. I integrate a different mix of clinically proven methods for each client depending on their needs and desires.

Therapy is a process which helps us to heal our souls, learn new perspectives, awaken our minds, and accept ourselves. I’m passionate about the work I do, and I believe in creating a safe environment where you can finally feel seen, heard, and valued just as you are.
