Professional Bio
Hi there! My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. I work with adolescents and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and stress related to relationships or career paths. I take a flexible and personalized approach to therapy, focusing on creating a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. My style is collaborative and grounded in practical strategies, helping you build skills you can use in your everyday life while also gaining insight into your experiences. I draw from a range of evidence based approaches, but what matters most to me is finding what works best for you so you can feel more confident, supported, and able to move forward in a meaningful way.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals navigating women’s issues, anxiety, life transitions, and self esteem challenges. I find it meaningful to support clients as they reconnect with their strengths, build confidence, and create lasting positive change, especially during times of uncertainty or growth. I have always been drawn to understanding people and supporting them through life’s challenges, which is what inspired me to become a therapist. My work is grounded in the belief that people are resilient and capable of change, even when they may not yet see it in themselves. I recognize that everyone carries a unique story, and I approach each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
I believe that therapy is a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self awareness, and develop tools for healing and growth. I value the trust that develops within the therapeutic relationship and strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My promise to you is to provide a nonjudgmental space where you feel respected and supported, and to work collaboratively with you to create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I look forward to meeting you!
