Professional Bio

Hi I’m Andrea, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with extensive experience as a therapist. I’ve worked with teens and adults facing all different challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, and addictions in a variety of settings.

I value the complexity of the human experience and remain humble in knowing there is always something new to learn, both from my clients and within the profession itself.I believe that therapy is fluid, flexible, grounding, hard, and life changing all at the same time. Watching someone release that weight, find relief, and experience an improved quality of life is incredibly meaningful to me.

As your therapist, I promise to always be open to your goals and let you guide the direction of our sessions. I want our work to reflect what feels most meaningful and important to you. Together, we will create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes. I especially value working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma because I know how painful those struggles can be. Walking alongside clients as they begin to find comfort, resilience, and hope is deeply rewarding.

When I am not with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children, our son who is five and our daughter who is four. I also love relaxing on the beach, going for long runs, and cheering on my alma mater, Florida State, during Saturday college football games.
