Professional Bio
Hi I’m Ashley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona. I have worked as a therapist across private practice, school, hospital, and non-profit settings, gaining broad experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I most enjoy working with people who are experiencing life transitions, identity exploration, or the effects of trauma. These are deeply personal journeys where meaningful change can happen, and it’s an honor to support individuals as they reclaim their stories and strengths.
I was inspired to become a therapist because of my own journey as an LGBTQ+ individual. Navigating the impact of trauma in my own life helped me understand the importance of being truly seen, supported, and affirmed and I knew I wanted to offer that to others. I’m passionate about building meaningful, authentic connections with those I work with.
In our sessions, I promise to meet you with compassion, authenticity, and non-judgment. I believe therapy is a collaborative and transformative process where you can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow into your most authentic self. Over the years, therapy has shown me just how resilient people are. We all have an innate capacity to heal, grow, and find meaning even in the midst of pain. It has also affirmed how deeply we long for connection, understanding, and a sense of
belonging. These needs are ones I hold with care and intention in our work together.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find me outdoors: at the beach, swimming in the pool, or walking my dog. I truly enjoy being in nature.
I look forward to hearing from you.
