Professional Bio
Hi, Iām Alexandria! Iām a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin and I work with people of all ages who are facing lifeās challenges. Whether itās anxiety, depression, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed, Iām here to help you feel supported and understood. I am particularly drawn to supporting individuals navigating life transitions. Change can be difficult, and I understand firsthand the emotional and mental impact it can have.
In first grade, my teacher described each student with one word. My adjective was āthoughtful,ā and that has stayed with me ever since. My deep concern for human well-being and natural empathy has shined through in every job Iāve had. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew it was time to fully commit to a path where I could be of service to those in need.
What I enjoy most about being a therapist is the opportunity to advocate, serve, and help others. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each individualās journey. In our sessions, I promise to truly listen and support you until you feel ready to face challenges with confidence.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative space where clients and therapists work in partnership to foster personal growth and healing. It has taught me that every person deserves a chance to work toward their goals and move forward, asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
I look forward to meeting you!
