Professional Bio
Hi there, I’m Christi. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with a passion for helping people make meaningful change. I have experience working with people of all ages navigating a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, grief, adjustment disorders, and life transitions.
I believe therapy is important and helpful for everyone. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I especially enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or life transitions, as I have seen how powerful therapy can be in helping people gain better control over their emotions and behaviors while moving toward the life they want to live.
As your therapist, I promise to support you in learning coping skills, practicing self-care, setting healthy boundaries, and improving communication so you can create stronger connections and a more balanced life. I am committed to meeting you where you are, honoring your unique experiences, and helping you move at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. Together, we will work toward building the confidence and resilience you need to navigate challenges and create the life you want.
Through my work, I’ve learned that most people are good hearted but have never been taught the skills needed to manage emotions or practice healthy coping strategies. I believe that therapy is important and helpful for everyone, providing a safe space to learn, grow, and heal. It can be a powerful opportunity to uncover strengths you may not realize you already have and to create lasting changes that improve your relationships and overall quality of life.
I can’t wait to meet you.
