Professional Bio

Hi, I’m Grace Han, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor serving clients across California. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, and I approach our work together with warmth, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my diverse background. As a Korean American who grew up in Mexico City, I learned that despite cultural differences, we often share similar core experiences of pain, uncertainty, relationships, and identity. Therapy has taught me that beneath our differences, we all want to feel seen, loved, and connected, and that we carry deep resilience even in difficult seasons. I strive to be a small light in every room I enter and to help each person I meet feel valued and supported.

What I enjoy most about being a therapist is the privilege of holding a supportive and non judgmental space for people as they heal and grow. I especially enjoy working with those experiencing change in their lives, whether that is a major transition or an internal shift in mood, anxiety, or sense of self. These seasons often invite reflection and courage, and I believe they can create meaningful opportunities for healing and living more intentionally. I believe that therapy is a place of hope where you can explore your story, build practical tools, and step into your potential.

As your therapist, I promise to walk alongside you and provide a safe space for encouragement and healing while gently challenging you to recognize the beauty and strength within you.
