Professional Bio
Hi I’m Ginger, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds – helping them overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other life stressors. Whatever the issue may be, I am committed to guiding my clients as they navigate their path toward living fulfilling and meaningful lives.
What I enjoy most about being a therapist is helping people understand themselves, heal, and find purpose. I especially connect with people experiencing anxiety and depression because these struggles can deeply impact one’s sense of well-being and make it hard to feel understood or supported. Being a steady, compassionate presence can make all the difference, and I’m here to provide that for you. I believe it’s okay to not be okay, as long as you’re not giving up.
In our sessions, I promise to always create a safe space where you can share openly without fear of judgment. You don’t have to face this alone—I’m here to support and guide you at a pace that feels right for you. Each session will be personalized to address your unique needs and goals. Together, we may explore the challenges you’re encountering, develop coping strategies, or work on specific skills to help you feel more empowered. My approach is collaborative, so your input and feedback are always appreciated and welcomed.
I’m here to help you heal, adapt, and keep moving forward, no matter where you are in your journey.
I look forward to meeting you!
