Professional Bio

Hi I’m Henry, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a passion for helping others. I have years of experience working with teens and adults to overcome a wide range of issues. I am passionate about helping people overcome trauma, grief, teenage struggles, and veterans issues. I especially enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety because I can share practical and teachable skills that we can practice together in sessions and then apply in everyday life.

What I enjoy most about being a therapist is building real connections with my clients. It’s a privilege to witness their insights and discoveries, especially when those moments create positive change in their lives. Each breakthrough, no matter how small, is a reminder of the strength people carry within themselves.

I believe therapy is a bridge between a client’s struggle and their eventual change. We all have a tendency to suffer, but suffering itself can become the very thing that drives growth and transformation. As your therapist, I promise to give my undivided attention and bring the skills I’ve learned to help shine light on their struggles.

When I’m not with clients, I enjoy cycling, kayaking, reading, meditation, and spending time with my family. I’ve even cycled solo all the way from Texas to Canada! The graciousness of the people I’ve met on my outdoor adventures is a big part of what inspires me to help others.
