Professional Bio
Hi! My name is Julianna Hartmann and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping my clients feel better. I hold a master’s degree in human services and I’ve been practicing in the field of mental health for over two decades. Over the course of my career I’ve gained experience addressing all kinds of issues with my clients. My experience includes helping clients form more healthy relationships, helping clients develop better communication and problem solving skills, and helping clients overcome mental health diagnoses like anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, and much more.
Depending on what you’re going through, I’ll tailor my approach to address your specific needs. This might include the use of evidence based therapies like EMDR to deal with trauma, or CBT and DBT to help you address difficult life events and explore your emotions. Regardless of what approach we take, I’ll be doing everything I can to make this a collaborative process, staying in touch with your personal values, needs, and goals.
Problems might feel impossible at times, but there is always something we can do to make things better. That’s what therapy is all about, and this process can be an excellent a catalyst for positive change and better understanding. My favorite part of being a therapist is seeing my clients start to feel better, and watching the domino effect that small changes can have on their life. So if you’re interested in making a positive change in your life, I’d be honored to help you.
Looking forward to meeting you,
Julianna Hartmann, LPC
