Professional Bio

Hi I’m Krista! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with experience working with clients of all ages and various backgrounds. I assist clients dealing with a wide array of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, life transitions, and struggles with self-esteem or confidence. Whether it’s processing a major change, creating actionable coping strategies, or applying CBT techniques to challenge unhelpful thought patterns—I strive to empower clients to reconnect with their inner strength and move toward their goals with confidence.

I truly love my career as a therapist. From an early age, I’ve felt a strong desire to be a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on for others. In my practice, I enjoy creating a safe space for individuals to feel comfortable enough to become vulnerable and explore their authentic selves. I love watching clients find their passion, stay true to themselves, and become motivated to create change towards their goals of overall wellness. One of my favorite things to hear in session is “I couldn’t wait to share this with you” or “I thought of you when I made this positive choice.”

As your therapist, I’m here to support and guide you as you move through life’s challenges and into growth. I’m strictly non-judgmental, and our sessions will be a place where you can feel comfortable sharing.
