Professional Bio

My name is Lucille and I’ve been a clinical psychologist for over thirty years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a number of different clients with differing backgrounds and life experiences. I enjoy understanding how people make meaning from their experiences, and to this day, learning about others helps me learn more about myself.

I particularly enjoy helping clients adjust to major life transitions. Periods of major life changes can be extremely stressful, and take a great toll on the mental health of a client. However, these liminal periods also present the opportunity for tremendous personal growth and positive development. As a therapist, I help guide my clients towards growth in these times. I’m also experienced in helping clients cope with grief, anxiety, and depression. This work has taught me that people are primarily well-intentioned and have tremendous resilience and personal resources for meaningful change.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking some time to read a good book, traveling, and eating good food.

Therapy is a very important avenue for meaningful change, so please, come talk to me!
