Professional Bio
Hi I’m Mary! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin with decades of experience in supporting individuals with various mental health challenges. Much of my work has included supporting individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and OCD. I bring both clinical and medical knowledge into my practice, helping clients move toward their goals with compassion and collaboration.
What I love most about being a therapist is the privilege of witnessing real, meaningful change. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they take courageous steps toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients recognize their own capacity for change, reconnect with their values, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Seeing someone begin to trust themselves again or find hope where it once felt out of reach is one of the most meaningful parts of this work.
Therapy, to me, is a space where you can be your truest self, free from judgment, while learning, reflecting, and becoming more grounded in who you are. I believe that while our experiences may be deeply personal, they are often shared in the human experience. We all have the capacity to grow, even while embracing who we are.
I look forward to starting this journey with you.
