Professional Bio

Hi I’m Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I’ve worked with clients of all different backgrounds navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to meet each person where they are.

Therapy is a brave step even if it feels small at first. We all want to feel heard, especially during difficult moments. Whether you’re facing a major life change, processing emotional pain, or simply having a tough day, I’m here to listen and support you without judgment. Helping people become who they want to be gives me a deep sense of purpose.

In our sessions I will support you every step of the way. My approach is rooted in empathy and empowerment. I believe in helping clients set meaningful goals, identify their dreams, and work through the obstacles that may be in the way. While I provide guidance and tools for growth, I also believe the power to change lies within you. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can gain insight, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
