Professional Bio
Hi I’m Nedra, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including chronic pain, substance abuse, behavioral issues, depression, grief, relationship concerns, anxiety, phobias, adjustment disorders, and workplace stress. I am dedicated to providing a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can explore their concerns and work towards lasting positive change.
My journey as a therapist is deeply rooted in a desire to help others look within themselves and discover the greater worth that has always been there. I am passionate about working with individuals who come to therapy ready to make meaningful change, find clarity, and receive support in resolving or coming to terms with their life circumstances. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I’m here to guide and support you on that journey.
My approach is grounded in active listening, discernment, and understanding. I see therapy as a process—one that should not be rushed. It’s a collaborative journey where expertise, understanding, and humility come together to support you in making lasting changes and deepening satisfaction and joy in your life.
I look forward to learning more about you!
