Professional Bio
My name is Peggy Wiley and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over thirty years of experience in the mental health field. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with all types of clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges and diagnoses. I’ve counseled adolescents, adults, and older adults through issues like grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety to name a few.
As a therapist, I am continually motivated by my belief in people’s ability to heal with the right guidance and support. As I progress through the therapeutic process with patients, I really enjoy seeing my patients become conscious of the power they have in their lives. When they begin to wield this power in the form of everyday choices, a new world can begin to open up for them. Whatever you may be dealing with, I want to help you find the power to become the best version of yourself.
As your therapist, I promise to be here for you, listen without judgment, and take the walk to recovery with you. Mental health issues can be incredibly hard to face alone, but they can be healed with the right support. I believe that therapy is something that can benefit anyone, and I know that success in therapy can be so impactful for your happiness and the happiness of those around you. I can’t wait to be your therapist, so please come talk to me!
