Professional Bio
Hi my name is Rebecca and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts! I’ve spent the past decade working in the behavioral health field and have been practicing as a therapist since 2019. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, ADHD, and major life transitions. I value helping clients find balance, adjust with compassion, and discover the strengths they often didn’t realize they had.
What I enjoy most about being a therapist is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. I love providing education, sharing new tools, and empowering people to understand themselves more deeply. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life transitions. These moments, while challenging, can also be powerful turning points. I value helping clients find balance, adjust with compassion, and discover the strengths they often didn’t realize they had.
Therapy has shown me just how resilient people truly are. With compassion and the right support, individuals can grow in ways they never imagined. To every new client, I promise to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, encouraged, and empowered to move toward the life you want to build. My approach offers a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore, heal, and develop greater confidence in yourself.
I can’t wait to meet you!
