She offers good advice and isn't judgmental. I don't like telling people what goes on inside me but I'm comfortable with that with her. And she has been very helpful and supportive. I've been depressed most of my life and therapy has never helped, it's seemed to be just another thing to stress about. But you have to have help sometimes. And you have to do something. You can't get better without working at it.
