I've had several helpful conversations with Amy. She is a good listener and empathetic to my current life situation. It is helpful to me to be able to speak with her without experiencing any judgement or need to justify my thoughts/feelings at this time. Amy is easy to talk with and I look forward to further discussions with her.

She offers good advice and isn't judgmental. I don't like telling people what goes on inside me but I'm comfortable with that with her. And she has been very helpful and supportive. I've been depressed most of my life and therapy has never helped, it's seemed to be just another thing to stress about. But you have to have help sometimes. And you have to do something. You can't get better without working at it.
