Linda Hake is compassionate and is able to bring awareness and insight into each session. She is non judgemental and offers productive tools that anyone can use to help strengthen their mental health journey.

I think Linda and I are somewhat a similar age. She is professional, but also easy going and makes it very comfortable to talk with. The past two sessions have been very helpful, as she has been showing me ways to change my thinking when I start to have anxiety and am obsessing over something. We have been working on how to use meditation, breathing, affirmation and imagery to change my thought patterns. It has made a difference.
