Stephanie has a curiosity about her that made all of our sessions feel natural. She was attentive, supportive, and made sure to check in with me and gave me great resources to trouble shoot on my own. She was fantastic at holding me accountable and even better at highlighting moments in which I needed to give myself grace. Stephanie is as effective as she is genuine, not withstanding, I recommend her highly if you are willing to put in the work, open up, and implement the healthy changes to your lifestyle that you deem fit.

I came to Stephaney because I lost my mother and my brother 4 days apart. I was heavily grieving my mother and my brother so I felt like I couldn’t move forward. Finding Stephaney was a BLESSING in my life. To this day, I feel like my mom knew how much pain I was dealing with and pointed me to find Stephaney. Stephaney guided me throughout my grieving journey facing and understanding my most raw emotions. She also gave me the right tools to manage these emotions. She was very soft, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. My list would go on forever because I have a special place for Stephaney in my heart. In addition to grieving, Stephaney also helped me with depression and anxiety that came along with everything that was going on in my life. I've been in and out of therapy my whole life and Stephaney knows how to help me handle my problems and is sincerely empathetic. She provides theraputic ways to manage what is going on during that time as I have a lot of issues to resolve, grief, living on my own for the first time, health... I deal with a lot of anxiety and depression. Journaling and breath have been helping. She is really one of the best as I finally feel that I am receiving the correct therapy
