Carolyn is very genuine. She's an excellent listener and very supportive. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

I've been doing weekly sessions with Carolyn for about 4/5 weeks now. While that may not sound like long, she has helped me improve my well being so many ways. She has given me strategies and methods to combat my depression, anxiety, and other issues that I can tell are improving my quality of life ten fold. When I talk to Carolyn I genuinely feel like I'm being heard and understood, and that she wants to see me get to a better mental state. I was very nervous to start therapy as I'm not the best at opening up to strangers, but since the very first session Carolyn has been more than easy to talk to and has made me feel very comfortable. I'm thankful she is the therapist that I ended up with!
