Ms. Malone Deese is a very good listener and that has allowed me to process through my own feelings and expectations about what outcomes I want/need. She offers suggestions and helps me understand that my feelings are valid based on the information I've provided. Her questions to me are gentle and she doesn't make me feel that I have to have an immediate answer. She seems genuinely concerned about my mental well being.

She has helped me and has tried to figure out what issues I've been going through, the root of it, exercises on how to spot the possible problem, then tries to identify ways to overcome or get different desired outcomes and explain to me why I may be doing things.

Maxi is exceptional! I have a lot of issues to work on, ranging from lifelong ADHD and Anxiety to more recent PTSD - and Maxi is helping me with all of it. I never hoped to find someone so knowledgeable about such a wide array of topics, let alone someone so compassionate and understanding. She is so easy to open up to; I never feel judged or awkward with her. In addition, she seems to really understand what I'm going through and offers such wonderful, simple yet very effective advice for dealing with all my issues, big and small!
