I hadn't always had the best luck with finding a therapist who suited my needs. I was hesitant trying WellQor because of the all-online nature. But Iria is a God-send. She's exactly what I had hoped to find as I enter yet another rough season of life. Iria has offered such useful coping suggestions and different angles of perspective I wouldn't have thought of on my own because I felt so trapped in my own view and emotions. She's professional and very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the way she creates a safe space for me to be vulnerable and feel heard and seen. In addition to that, she helps guide me in the direction of healing that I want to go. I am so grateful for her.

She is very understanding and patient. She knows what to say and when to say it. She holds me accountable and is compassionate at the same time.

In the past when looking for a new therapist, I would go through a much longer, less helpful search. Iria is giving me just what I need right now. She listens patiently, pays attention, and responds with helpful, clear suggestions. We’ve only had a few sessions, but I feel like she knows me well and we have an excellent working relationship.

She listens. When she understands the issue, she then gently offers up ideas on how to handle them. She does not say "do this", but leads you to the ideas that may help. An excellent communicator and I am enjoying our sessions even as I am being challenged.
