I've been in and out of therapy my whole life and Stephaney knows how to help me handle my problems and is sincerely empathetic. She provides theraputic ways to manage what is going on during that time as I have a lot of issues to resolve, grief, living on my own for the first time, health... I deal with a lot of anxiety and depression. Journaling and breath have been helping. She is really one of the best as I finally feel that I am receiving the correct therapy

Though my time with Stephaney was short, she gave me a space to be vulnerable and unpack how I truly felt about certain situations, while giving me a positive perspective to look at them from and actionable steps to take. I enjoyed feeling unjudged during our sessions and she is easy to talk too. Stephany is a great therapist!

Stephaney is amazing! Talking to her is like talking to a friend. She does not judge your emotions, and she is honest but tactful. Every week I look forward to my sessions with her and I always leave feeling optimistic, heard, and prepared to use all of the coping skills I have learned from her so far.
