Crystal really takes the time to listen and give actionable tools to combat every day fears and anxieties. I have not had luck with therapists in the past, but feel that she really understands what I need. She has so much experience to draw from and has helped to view things from a different perspective. She is so patient with me as I try to unlearn my harmful thinking patterns.
