I had never done talk therapy before this experience so I didn't know what to expect or how helpful this would be. By the end of my first session I knew I had made the right choice. Tavajah is a patient listener but also smart and strategic when he speaks. He has a way of asking the right questions and the right time, guiding you to discover for yourself a new way of thinking and genuinely seeing your circumstance or problem from a different perspective. Through these methods, he provided me with a new set of mental tools which are invaluable.
