Dr. Randolph is an incredible listener, often providing space for the thoughts of her patients to develop while in conversation fully. I find that when she asks questions, it often prompts me to think deeper about that topic as it relates to the story. I often wish more therapists could take the approach of asking questions that provoke deeper meaning and clarify under-developed/half-baked thoughts.

Madison is both personal and professional. Although not familiar with Vietnamese culture and its complexities, she is able to successfully manuever me to become self-sufficient and independent. Very knowledgeable and keenly aware. Intuitive and intelligent. A good fit for me!
