There are so many mediocre therapists but Alex is not one of them. She is smart and open to exploring the solutions to my challenges. It is easy to discuss ideas and possibilities and helps frame them in helpful constructs. I was ambivalent about therapy as a senior citizen but I have found d a young fresh perspective and view my process as very useful thanks to Alex. I highly recommend her.
