Allison has been such a calming presence in my life. I've had such a stressful time at home with many changes, but Allison has helped me to see that helping myself first will allow me the strength to help others. She's helped to guide me and see patterns in my life. I'm so happy I've had the chance to connect with her. I feel like every session I'm able to open up more and get more comfortable sharing my feelings.
