I have had a really positive experience working with my therapist. We work very well together, and I feel that she does a great job of helping me make sense of my thoughts and feelings, especially when I’m having a hard time understanding or organizing them myself. She helps me break things down into manageable pieces and gives me practical ways to better understand myself and work through what I’m experiencing. I always feel heard, supported, and I leave our sessions with a better understanding of myself and tools I can use on my own.
