Professional Bio
Hi, I’m Sarah! As a therapist with more than a decade of experience, I’ve worked across a variety of settings including crisis management, individual therapy, trauma treatment, school-based services, and community-based care. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support people through some of life’s most challenging moments while helping them discover their own strength and resilience.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and honest. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by trauma, struggling with questions about their identity, or trying to navigate a significant life transition. Together, we’ll explore your story, make sense of the experiences that have brought you here, and identify patterns that may no longer serve you. As we work together, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, uncover your truth, and create a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you truly are. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients throughout that journey.
When life feels overwhelming or uncertain, having support can make all the difference. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel both supported and challenged, which is why I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can be fully yourself. I promise to show up for you, support you through life’s challenges, gently challenge you when growth calls for it, and help you discover what it means to live authentically. My goal is for you to feel heard, valued, empowered, and confident in the life you’re creating for yourself.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, cooking, being outdoors, listening to music, meeting up with friends, and watching documentaries. I love learning new things and finding opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
