Professional Bio
Hi my name is Allison and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. With over a decade of experience in mental health, I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals from all walks of life. Whether in community health centers or private practice settings, I am committed to creating a collaborative space where clients feel seen and understood. I help people navigate a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, offering guidance through periods of change, stress, and self-discovery.
I’m especially passionate about working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, or navigating transitions in their personal or professional lives. Through this work, I’ve learned that at our core, we all have a universal need to feel connected and supported as we find our path forward.
What I love most about being a therapist is witnessing the growth and positive change clients make in their lives, seeing their quality of life improve as they gain insight, self-awareness, and the tools they need to thrive. I believe therapy is a safe space to be heard, seen, understood, and supported without judgment or conditions.
When I’m not with clients, I enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, attending live music and farmer’s markets, trying new foods and recipes, people watching, sightseeing, and spending quality time with my family and pets.
I look forward to hearing your story.
