private, affordable, online counseling for teens
Let’s get through this. Together.
Getting older is tough. It can often make you feel alone and isolated, but reaching out is hard. We’re here to make you feel comfortable and get you the support you need to grow into the person you want to be.
Wellfam provides supportive, personal, non-judgemental online counseling for teens that you can participate in whenever it’s convenient. Whether it’s at school, home, or in your car after practice, we can be there for you no matter how turbulent life may be. Everything you tell us is also confidential. It will stay between you and your counselor, and it won’t be shared with your parents or guardians (unless you’re in danger, of course!).
We’re here for you in the long run. If you get back on track now but need our support again a year later, we’ll be here to pick back up and help you care for you—to help you find the love you need in yourself or in others. Our goal is for you to love you more.
Get started today. Let’s get into living your best life.

STARTING ONLINE COUNSELING WITH A LICENSED THERAPIST
What you need to know to start.
You can choose what to talk to your therapist about.
Your therapist isn’t your mom. They’re not here to nag you. Without being judgmental, they’re here to help you. Your parents might be paying for it, but YOU are the patient.
Your therapist wants to build a trusted relationship with YOU.
While a parent or guardian will approve appointment times and bills, your personal details from the session stay private. There are only a few things that any therapist would be required to share with your parents. These include:
- If you are seriously contemplating severely harming yourself or someone else,
- If you are being abused or neglected,
- If you know of an elderly person or another individual under 18 who is being abused or neglected.
Getting started is easy.
You will need to have a few things for the intake paperwork.
- Your Parent’s contact information
- Get the ok from your parents to use your insurance and start therapy sessions.
Then simply fill out the Get Started form, and one of our Patient Liaisons will lead you and your parent through the paperwork.
